Max39 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the max39 platform, including all services, games, content, and features available on the max39.vu website and its associated mobile applications. This Agreement takes effect when you access, register, or use any part of our platform.

By creating an account or simply browsing our website, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them without exception. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are required to discontinue use of the max39 platform.

Max39 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To fully access max39 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following conditions apply to all max39 accounts:

• Age restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age. max39 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will close any account found to belong to an underage individual.
• One account per individual: Each individual is permitted only one active account. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all accounts being frozen and all balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: The name, phone number, date of birth, and bank details you provide must be accurate and belong to you. False information may prevent your withdrawals from being processed.
• Identity verification (KYC): max39 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as MyKad, passport, or bank statements at any time, particularly before large withdrawals are approved.

All financial transactions on the max39 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). max39 supports a range of secure and convenient local payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 and may be credited to your account within seconds.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Max39 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply separate charges.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 and will be processed within 10 minutes of approval.

• Wagering (rollover) requirements: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover rate is clearly stated on each promotional offer.
• Bonus validity period: Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonuses that are not claimed within the stipulated timeframe will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

• Betting limits: Every game has minimum and maximum betting limits. Players are responsible for ensuring their bets comply with the set limits.

For any dispute that cannot be resolved through our support team, max39 has a formal internal appeals process. The final appeal decision is binding on both parties.

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the max39 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that enables gameplay without direct human involvement
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or sports betting
• Exploitation of any bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or inconsistencies in the game software
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt max39's systems and infrastructure
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or any technology to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geo-restrictions
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register
• Transfer of funds between player accounts without max39's authorisation

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account freezing, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

• Third-party links: If our platform contains links to third-party websites, max39 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, max39's maximum total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding that claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn in accordance with standard procedures.

Max39 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraud, collusion, or use of dishonest means
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, max39 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and wins associated with the violating activity. Valid deposit balances may be returned at max39's discretion upon completion of the investigation.
